Email Question

I have a question, when I download my email from my ISP server to my Outlook program on my PC, it disappears form the Treo on the next send/recieve cycle. This kinda sucks cause I like having my email available if I want to quickly reference something. Is there a way to stop the emails from deleting from my Treo unless I delete them myself?
