No incoming ring

I've had a problem for the past few days. Whenever I get a call, my 700wx doesn't ring. It simply vibrates. No, the silent switch is not on and I have a ringtone set.

If I get a text message, new email or an alarm goes off, I get a tone. But for whatever reason, I don't get any tone for any type of call.

I've gone over all the settings, making sure Windows is set to ring and it doesn't work. Anyone else ever have this problem?
