Any Softphone app for 700wx?

I am looking for a softphone like SJPhone which works on 700wx so that I can make and receive calls using voip? I tried SJPhone but it does not adjust the layout for square screen.

Fring is free and works very well on the 700wx. I haven't tried it for VOIP, but I've heard good things: Does Skype, SIP, Twitter.

There is also Express Talk--I have no idea how well it works:

Also, the popular Octro Talk I believe does VOIP (Gtalk and other services?) as well:

I tried Octro but right now only works with Gtalk. I will try the other two. Thanks for the links
