Treo 700wx - No Voice dialing with Bluetooth headeset?

I just got my 700wx, and setup my bluetooth headset with it. On other phones I have had, I was able hold the button on my headset and say the name of a person on the headset and it would find it and dial it on the phone.

Does the Treo not support this or do this a different way? Its tough finding a name while driving, being ble to do it all on my headset was great before

Is there something else I can do to use this? I just got this phone, but it seems really hard to find someones number while driving, I loved before being able to do it through voice dialing. Is there an addon or something I can get to make this work?
