Picturemail & PIE Cookies problem

I posted this in the resgistry hack section as well but I wanted to find out if someone has a solution for the Picturemail & PIE Cookies problem. Whenever I try to view my picture on my 700wx I get the PIE Cookies problem even though my reg file is configures correctly for MSIE 4.01 and Mozilla 4.0 and Windows CE.

I am not sure what to do or if anyone else is having that problem. Any suggestions are appreciated.

This may be a dumb question...but do you have Sprint Vision Pack?

yes I am supposed to have it. I am on a grandfathered vision plan. I am able to send them without being charged as well. I just cannot view the ones I get

Log into sprint.com and make sure you still have it. I had the same problem for a while. Our account was supposed to have it put I couldn't view received pictures. I would get the "cookie message.".

I just logged in to pictures.sprint.com and all my information was still there including old pictures. I could also view the new ones I received so it seems to be there and active.

I am not really sure why I have 2 listed. I did not really think much of it. Let me call customer care and see what they say.

on how I fixed it.

I just tried that suggestion but it did not seem to fix it. I am going to call Sprint support to see if I can get anywhere (fingers crossed)
