Yes you can. First you will need a Registry program such as Resco or Total Commander. You use PIE to access the site, download the zip file on the first post. Use Resco or Total Commander to unzip the file and then install the CAB file within. Badda Bing.

I downloaded the zip file and extracted the cab file. I have Vista on my laptop, so I'm using WMDC and not ActiveSync, and I can't seem to copy the cab file to my Treo 700wx.
When I have WMDC open, I click on File Management, but it only gives me the option to browse the contents of my phone. When I just go thru a regular windows explorer window and try to copy and paste the cab file to my Treo, it won't allow me to paste. If I go into the cab file and click on the setup file, I get a browser window that doesn't see my Treo. What am I missing here? Oh, and I'm a total newbie to the Treo. Thanks!! |

Thanks for the links. I was able to get the file pasted to my Treo, however, this only worked once. When I downloaded another application and followed the same steps, I couldn't paste the app to my Treo.
I do have another computer here with WinXP, so I've installed activesync on that computer and will use that one for application downloads. |
