My question is, I have Sprint Power Vision, will I be charged anything ‘extra’ for sending/receiving picture mail even though it is included in Power Vision?

Well after much installing, uninstalling, and then finally reading ALL the directions and not half of them I got it to work.

I'll answer this. I have this this program, use it a lot, and have Sprint Power Vision. The answer would be no, they do not charge extra as it is part of your plan. :wink:

I tried sending video the other day, and kept getting an error message of "file format not supported". Do we have to convert our video files prior to sending? And if so, what do we have to convert them to?

another success story here, went smooth on the first try....

Picture Mail had been working fine for me for months. However recently (last several weeks) sometimes the picture mails won't leave the MMS outbox. Once in a while they may get sent (after a week or so), and I have no idea what triggers them to finally send. So it's hit or miss for me right now.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas what is wrong?

By the way, the version I have is from January 07. Is this still the latest? (is there a later version that supports multiple pictures?)

It looks like picture mail is having the same issues it had a few months ago. I was waiting see if it comes back after a few weeks and I assume most people are doing the same, that's why no one has posted anything about. I believe the previous reason was Sprint server related, so I guess the only thing to do is wait it out, unless someone else has a suggestion or a work around.
