if only it was that easy, when i attatch a picture and put in a phone number, it says it cannot recognize the recipient or the receipient is not valid. So i try to send anyways and it then says

"outlook email, imap4, and pop3 email accounts cannot be used to send text messages"

that's because mms didn't stick, reinstall again till it sticks. I had the same problem last night, also make sure to soft reset after u install.

I'd make sure that POutlook is not running on the background, as everyone should be when installing an enhancement for an app or an upgrade.

ok, i don't know if that was ment for me but i stopped all running programs and sent it and it worked.

I just got an MMS message from sprint;

someone sent me a picture, when I went to click the link to open it, I got an Accept or decline message, and it said mt picture mail account would be deleted April 10th (I just got my Treo a week ago)

then it said I needed to accept or decline a $5 monthly fee to send and recieve picture mail

I accepted all...

I did the easy hack downloaded, unzipped, and installed the cab

Well the hack allows you to send PicMail, but you need to have PicMail added to your account as well.

This hack/app is not designed to provide the service for free.

ok cool, I don't mind paying for something I want and have become very fond of................

ok I am having all kinds of problems with this treo 700wx and sprint. I am a former nextel customer who switched over to sprint because i wanted a pda camera phone. I have had nothing but headach and problems from sprint since i switched!


I have downloaded a zip program and the hac to do picture mail Iwhy in the hell can't id do picture mail in the first place!) and I still can't get it to send a text with picture. not sure what's wrong, I am trying to send one to myself to test it and I keep getting

how do i get that to stop coming, in fact how do i make the phone stop trying to send the pictuer mail alltogether????? there is only the options at the bottom left to retry and bottom right retry later. I don't want to retry I just want it to stop!

please I don't understand sprint pictuer mail, all I want to do is to be able to send a picture with text to a phone with another person who has the pictuer mail capability.

Did you actually install the application? Copying the ZIP file to the device is not enough, you need to un-ZIP (decompress) it and the install run the CAB file to install this PicMail application.

If you have a message that is not sending and want to cancel the send, go to Folders - Outbox and then delete it from there.

It sounds like you didn't actually install the application. If you need an application to un-zip files on the device itself, check the FAQ sticky at the top of the forum.

Do you have an MMS folder in Pocket Outlook?

Thanks in advance for any help...I get an error after I try and send.

"Message Delivery Failed or Message Receipt failed"

This is after I get a message saying that it is "sending media message"

Is this an install problem? I did the quick install.
