Receiving MMS?

i can send a mms from my sprint phone to cingular phone... when that same phone tries to send me one back, i dont get anything, no broken link, not sms, nothing.

i have threaded sms if that matters... i just ran the set up cab and didnt do anything else. that is how i set it up last time and it worked. i just did a hard reset and reinstalled it so i figured it would work, but no go...

is there any slick way to send the picture mail without having to remember the phone number?

i think thats the only downside.... i cant find a way to just send it from my contacts list.

open a new pix message, tap where it says to....it opens your contacts....

I have a Treo 700wx on the Alltel Network and i've downloaded the files needed to do the installation. i have not done it yet though, because it was set up originally for Verizon and the Sprint settings are only included. Does anybody have the settings i would need to enter to make it work on the Alltell network?

try the mms for alltel thread in apache section. no one has yet had success on the apache.

no success. i was able to change the server settings but the MMS folders do not appear in the messaging program. And MMS is not available as a send option from the camera program. so i dont know what the problem is. i tried changing some of the folder directories for the MMS program to no avail. i really dont know what i am doing so someone who does might want to use me and my Alltel Treo 700wx as a tester.

does this feature allow me to send pictures even if its not included in my Sprint plan?

..in other words...

..does it allow me to send FREE picturemail?

oh yeah.. I have the Threaded SMS... do I still need this application because my mulitmedia sender on my threaded sms doesnt work.
