I downloaded the cab. opening it up the first time having no luck.I removed then redownloaded with sucses.Works like a charm

All right I have two questions, might be basic stuff:

1. After I download the .Zip file and install it following the instructions, will I have to download the actual program or is it in the zip file. If not were do I get the program.

2. After I get the program in my Treo will I able to send it to other carries. IE ; Verizon and Cingular.

Download the zip to your desktop extracting the cab. file
Sync your treo to pc then clicking on the exploer tab
Drag and drop the cab. file over to your documents folder on treo
Now you must open up the cab.
Use your file explorer on your treo to Locate cab. file in documents.When cab. is found give it a screen tap .It will then open on your treo.Follow screen promps.

I have read over this entire thread and did everything stated, i got the program installed fine and ive tried sending test picture mails to multiple phones on sprint but noone, including my own phone has received them. They say they are being sent and show up in my sent items folder. I checked my vision and i have the 15$ pack. What else can i try to get this to work? TIA

sometimes theres a delay...but it does indeed work as u probably can tell from everyone elses posts. so I say send one to an email or maybe try installing and uninstalling.

I can't seem to get this to work. I've installed and uninstalled the program a few times, manually soft reset the device, and all I seem to have is an "MMS Configuration" under Tools in the poutlook menu, but no MMS folder created.

I don't have any experience with this so I could be missing some very basic step here.

yea it seems as if u missed the pressing ok after it installs. I suggest u install again this time after it installs u should get a screen that says something about u must soft reset blah blah...make sure u hit ok and it soft resets.

I would not do the soft reset till after the software has been active for about 6 min.

Right after the cab. installs there is an ok button in the right hand corner and I clicked on that. The only thing that happened after I hit the ok button was that my screen went to the default blue screen until after I manually soft reset, but I'll try it again and see if anything different happens.
