Remember that you do this at your own risk.
First go to your messaging accounts and make sure you are at the inbox of your text messages (not in the Hotmail or Outlook accounts) then exit the messaging program. It is important to make sure you exit not just minimize. Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Inbox\Svc and Remove the entire key Hotmail. Turn the device off for 15 sec (to allow the registry to save) then soft-reset. |

Nah no need to do that...
Just go to MSN Options, and then select the Switch User option. This will make it go away. This has been discussed previously, don't forget to search please
