Sprint/Treo problem? Suggestions...

I am using Treo 700wx on Sprint Network.
Ok I have two problems right now. One is my speaker phone button is not working on my dialpad. Even when I click menue-Speakerphone, still nothing. Any suggestions on this.

Second is when someone tries to call my phone it says all networks are busy. Any idea's on that or is it the network? I am able to text, send and recieve and dial out.
