Problem: Can take calls but not hear the caller

Thanks to you both....the only other thing that it may be is I installed "Treo Alert" this morning....got it to load and on the Today screen. I did not have time to finish installing it so I "Removed" the program using the settings feature and deleted the app from My Documents. Guess I was due for a hard reset....I have only had the phone a month and aggressively tweaking for the past two weeks. At least I did not brick it........yet.
