How did it get to that point? Were you performing a soft reset? Have you backed up your device? Installed any new programs?
Do another soft reset. If that doesn't work try one more. If that doesn't work it might be time for a hard reset. late, Coz

Hold down the "end" button on the front of the phone while inserting the stylus into the soft reset button next to the battery. You'll be prompted to continue....select yes. It'll wipe EVERYTHING off your device and it will be just as it was when you pulled it from the box.

So you did the hard reset (including pushing the "up button" on your D-pad) and it still stops loading at the TREO screen? What apps/programs did you load on to it?
I'd try it one more time. How long ago did you purchase it? Take it back to Sprint and have them replace it. late, Coz |

I found out what happened...
Someone dropped it in a bowl of water and didnt tell me. I had left it at a friends house so I guess that is what happens. |

Good thing I have insurance... I wish this thing would come on even after it was dropped. This morning (before I know about what happened to it), it come one for a second and that was it.
