Treo Alert Pro vs PhoneAlarm
I was wondering which app do you guys prefer. I've tried them both and I honestly love the both of them. I use Treo Alert because I really dig the voice reminders that it gives you.
Which one is better in your opinion?

For me Treo Alerts all the way. I personally had a lot of problems with phone alarm, specifically the bluetooth button would completely lock blue tooth up and force me into a hard reset randomly. Treo Alerts feels as though it's part of the operating system not just an add in program. Just my thoughts...

I like PA myself. I have never had any problems with it. And I love that it is completely skinable. I did try Treo Alerts and was happy with it, it is a very nice program.

From a pure simplicity stand point I prefer (and use) Treo Alerts. It does exactly what it's advertised to do and it takes about 20 seconds to learn how to operate. Nice small footprint in your memory and I know Sling over at TC is constantly tweaking it and taking input from users. It's written in MortScript so ideally you could learn the app and make tweaks yourself.

I use PA, I like that I can skin it and have never had issues with it.

 First of all I want to thank all that support TA.It has came a long way in a short time and it,s getting better everyday.I have a just about perfect beta 8 released.This vesion has a main menu that takes you to a view currnet settings screen.This new addtion keeps you up to date at a glance with, Current carrier Plugin display choice Current alert setting Alert sound settings...Caller ID reminder ON/OFF..Voice Alerts ON/OFF Alert timer settings. The main menu also includes, Display setting menu-That takes you to 12 carrier plugin choices. Alert Settings menu-hmmm take a look you will like. Timer settings menu-Set TA to go into sleep mode when not needed Timer off and on and oh yeah lol EXIT Im currently working on the beta 10 and loving it  The beta 10 has all the features above but we have diffrent led blink colors...yes led colors. RED LED = Missed call ORANGE LED = sms text/email GREEN LED = Voice mail. I will bring the beta 8 over here to PPC for all to enjoy boxt Sling Phil c

Boxt, I have to give you props on TreoAlert and I have to say that it is the ish!

TODAY IS THE DAY...
TODAY IS THE DAY...TA 6.2 BETA 10...This version has 3 different led color blinks
Red blinks for missed calls orange blinks for sms and text green blinks for vmail Sorry to all at ppc geeks im pretty much mobile all day. Here's the link to the good- TA 6.2 beta.
