New Alarms

Can someone tell me is there a way to add mp3's to the alarms? When you go into the clock/alarm you only have the option of a few different ones? I'm guessing there has to be a file for them just like the ringers, but I can't seem to find it.
Also, does anyone know of a decent alarm clock other than the one that comes standard?

run a search for it, it's a great program and allows me to wake up every morning to my favorite tunes...
