Re: Battery meter and Today Screen
Quote:
The only software updates available through Sprint is the SMS patch. If you have recently purchased your 700wx then you have the most current software. "Pic Mail" is a 3rd party app (it does not come stock on the 700wx) so you'll have to reload that yourself. As for best free ware for the today screen, I would visit the Today Screen thread in this forum and get some ideas of what's out there. http://www.ppcgeeks.com/your-today-screen-t810.html I would also just start reading a bunch of posts on this site...there is a lot of info out there. late, Coz

The battery meter should not just disappear like that... I concur with wanting to know what you mean with "it reset itseld".
I would also recommend a hard reset, erasing all the phone's info, so that it goes back to normal.

My battery Icon also dissepeared after installing Air Scanner. I don't want to be w/o virus protection, but I spend a lot of time going in and out of roaming and the battery icon/meter is key to me.
I have done a soft re-set. Any suggestions as to how to get this back?

Look for BatteryIndicator.exe, which I think might be in \Windows. Create a shortcut in \Windows\Startup for BatteryIndicator.exe
