Outlook & Pocket Outlook: Sync'ing Contacts

Here's the deal... I like to keep my personal contacts and business contacts seperate so I have 2 seperate "Contacts" folders (one for each). However, the Business Contacts do not sync to my Palm. Is there a way to make this happen?

I have looked thru all the ActiveSync options (Tools > Options) but the folder for Business Contacts is not in the list. Any ideas?
