Are you using File Explorer? If so you need to open the ZIP file on your computer and extract the cab file out, and drag that onto your mobile device through Activesync. Then just navigate to the cab file, tap on it, and you're off to the races bud.

Just followed your instructions to the letter. When I navigate to the file (00CABD67F.051) in the My Documents folder, the Treo asks "choose the program opening the file"

Ok, try using a trial period for Resco Explorer. Then you can either copy the zip file, or the cab file to my documents through activesync. And then tap on it to install. I can't remember if the stock File Explorer supports certain files.

I love this app but I'm having an issue when someone leaves a voicemail for me. It wont stop alerting me (vibrating,LED,Voice Alert) until I actually check the voicemail. Is there anyway I can dismiss it w/o having to turn off all the alerts?I just want to be able to dismiss it as i would an sms or email.

No count of messages?

I installed treo alert on my Sprint Treo 700WX . The alarms all work. The LED will flash, the reminders will sound, but there's no count on the bar which shows how many messages you have. For Missed Calls, Text Messages, etc. it always says 0. Have a missed a setting somewhere?

reinstalled

OK, I uninstalled and reinstalled and now the line shows the number of missed called etc. Must've just been a glitch.
