WM6 finally ported to Treo 700wx

Installed NightRaven's SPNT_REL_1.3_Treo_700wx_WM6.1_5.2.20931_(Build_209 31.1.5.0) Rom. Install was a snap. Finished loading all of my programs I had been using on stock WM5 Rom. All are running fine with no issues. System seems to be just as snappy as previously although the new PIE seems to be a bit slower. With the exact same programs installed with the stock WM5 Rom I had 18.96 MB of Storage memory and 32.63 MB of Program memory free. With the new WM6.1 Rom I have 32.13 MB of Storage and 26.21 MB of Program memory free. Significant difference! Have only been runninging for 36 hours but see no problems so far. Many programs seem to run faster and my phone seems to soft reset significantly faster even compared to the fresh install I did a week ago of WM5 and all programs. Will update if anything new develops.

Strange. I have since switched to the Sprint Treo Pro - love it. EVDO-revA, wifi, integrated GPS, support for up to 32GB microSD among others make it a wonderful upgrade. And now that Cmonex and CFay have provided a HardSPL unlocker and 6.5 ROM it is even better!

I did use the 700wx with the 6.1 ROM for several months though and even after installing many programs including SPB Pocket Plus and Phonesuite, WeatherPanel, Resco Explorer, Memaid, Pocket Mechanic, Citrix Client, Pocket TV Pro, S2P, S2U2, Quickmenu, Tom Tom 7, Google Maps, Live Search, Pandora, Treo Alert Pro, vTap, Core Player, PocketRAR, Palm Threaded SMS, MS Reader, My Mobiler, Netflix Mobile Manager, TomeRaider, XCPUscalar, Resco Pocket Radio, Resco Backup, MusicID, LoanCalc, LexisGoo, Handy Convertor, MorphGear, amongst others plus several games, I still never had less than 20MB of program memory available on soft reset. Also, the problems that I had with bluetooth dropping were almost eliminated with 6.1 ROM.
