install to location of my choice

i have tried cabinstl and file dialog changer, both seem to work but when i go to install *using cabinst" i choose my location the the builtin installer asks me if i want to install to device or storage card so i think im doing something wrong?

I'm sorry but I have no idea what you are talking about...

Usually if an app has the ability to be installed on either the storage card or main storage it will ask you when you run it. Kind of like when you install to your PC it asks you if you want to install to the default directory or you want to change it.

cabinstl and file dialog charger are 2 programs that are supposed to allow a person to install to any folder location that they want - i just can not get either of them to work since the built installer comes up after i choose my location and asks for a location to install to.

any help would be appreciated
