How to change ringtone on 700wx (noob question)

So I read the book and followed the instructions to change the known and unknown ringtones... But when I get a call I still get a chime and a voice telling me who is calling. Am I missing something?

Could it be that the ringer I chouse is an MP3?

the voice might be from voice command. if you have vc, go into start>settings go down to vc, hightlight phone and hit options, and uncheck announce incoming calls
