Whats the best GPS SW for the Treo 700W?

I already have 2 versions of PocketMap Navigator, from my old XV6600, which do not work with the Treo 700W. I have read about TomTom and Alk Co-Pilot 6 Live, but don't know which would be best., considering the skimpy amount of RAM on the 700W. I see that Alk has a promo that provides for a 50% off on the purchase of theirs, when returning my PM Navigator Discs. That makes it about $100.00 . Has anyone used COPilot on the Treo and/or can give me their recommendations? Thanks in advance for the help.

I have TT6 and iGuidance 3.01 on my 700Wx. I go back and forth, but basically prefer the bigger map-view on iGuidance, but like the soft-key support on TT6. I think the iGuidance maps are a little bit better/newer for North America, too. FWIW.
