power up

I can not get the phone to power up . I can get into files ,but I can't deal any numbers message pops up saying the phone is off . I click on the on the power button and nothing .I hope someone can help me out .

Are you just clicking the on button? You need to press and hold the on button till it cranks up. Let us know.

Try going into your comm manager and turning phone on that way. If all else fails reload the original ROM and see if that works

The phone powers up , but when trying to deal a number I get a pop up saying the phone is truned off . I am going to take the phone in today and let the tech check it out . Thank guys for your in put
