Phone Book
I am running Windows Vista and i want to save my phone book from my phone to my laptop. What is the file name i need to save to do this.
My phone is acting very strange and i want to do a hard reset. If I do this everything goes back to new correct?

You don't use activesync, you use "Windows Mobile Device Center" which is available from the MS WM site:

Well, in theory, you would use WMDC. I've had my 700WX for over three months and have yet to get it to sync with my Vista machine.....but I won't rehash those gory details again.
