Ignore with SMS/TXT

Hey there, does anyone have the .cab file or can extract the .cab file for the ignore with text feature? Can you up it or privately contact me?

If not, does anyone know of any program that is similar but is not a resource hog?

I think I've seen this post before, but the answer is no. I could not successfully remove that from the treos. I currently no of no apps that allow myself. But I'm not big into software so I may be mistaken.
