Project A2DP.....
Ok for those of you who didnt know Hannip over @ TC is working on trying to get this to work. He got it to work with a slight lag in music. (Original Thread) So I figured I would start to try and help with the issue. I managed to throw something together last night that worked on the apache. Anyways heres my version which is only very slighly different from Hannips. If someone would give it a try and report back all feedback here, I will see what I can do.
Thanks, Mike

I will try it when I get home from work. I have everything installed, but my iTech clip decided to run out of juice.

I have no luck with A2DP, I can't get it to work. The strange thing is their is no option to select wireless stereo when I tap & hold my stereo headset under the device tab. It dose come up under services in the partnership settings after you pair the headset.
Edit: Thanks hannip, I thought it was me. |

a2dp is a stereo bluetooth profile like 1.2, or 2.0 are bluetooth profiles. I hope that answers your question

Well I tried several performance tweaks from this thread.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=249115 And this thread http://www.aximsite.com/boards/showt...6&page=1&pp=20 I noticed on the 700wx the registry value for CompactionCritPrio256 was 0xFFFFFFFF which is a -1 in integer form. I didn't know you could have a priority setting outside of the 0-255 range. Anyway I changed it to a value of 80 with bta2dpsnd drv at 60 and wavedev at 125 and at first it seemed to really make a difference when also overclocked at 520Mhz. But after tweaking it some more and coming back to those values again it was lagging as bad as ever. So I'm not sure now. Anyway, something else for you guys to fiddle with. |
