I want to thank everybody for my lack of productivity at work because I am tweaking my treo with all the great ideas on this forum.
My question is about my syncing my work email It has always worked without a hitch, up until a few weeks ago. I no longer download messages until they are read. I have done hard resets and reestablished partnerships with the exchange server.
I am able to send messages
I get messages as soon as they are read in outlook or OWA

I am using a treo 700wx on verizon
MS Exchange server 2003 sp2
According to my IT department no changes have been made to the server.

Did you reinstall your Workplace specific certificate file onto your phone before you configured your exchange/activesync settings?

I have never done that in the past and it has always worked, but no I did not do anything like that. Could someone tell me how to do this.
