How do i boot a .nbh file from ansd card!!!

Ihave been atthis for about 4 hours now
I have a rom for windows mobile 6.5.nb and I want to boot it throught my sd card I formatted it to fat32 and put the file inside ...it never booted so I search everywhere on how to do it xda-developers and here and all over google im am really new to this and I recently flashed my treo and updated it to windows mobile 6.1 withthat rom all I had to do was copy a.nbo file onto my sd card and that was it but with .nbh its different and I need help really badly im about to freak out please reply fast!
