anyone else having the same problem?

so I switched to the pre from the tp,was really enjoying it until I started having issues was wondering if anyone was having the same problems everynow and the if I close the slider my pre will just shut down and other times I don't have to do anything and it just shuts down?

They had a problem with this where that battery was loose on older models either a) take it back or B) put a piece of paper or tape in there to stop it from shifting

take the back off of the phone and if the battery says it was Made in China Cell Origin Japan if so take it to a store and they will replace the battery

there was an article released through Sprint Stores, when the battery issue came up, the way to fix was if its a Japan battery switch with a Korea battery. If its a Korea battery switch it with a Japan battery. I started thinking, if thats the "fix" is it really a battery issue, then they started shipping Pres with the square piece of "foam" on the back. Hilarious.

The problem is the battery's length is like 2mm too small so it loses the metal contacts when the pre is shut or opened too quick.. insert piece of paper to tighten the contacts between battery and phone
