This thread is cracking me up. I have a Pre that should be arriving at the door any minute now. Let's just say that I'm glad to know that there will be one problem I won't have to experience. I'm used to having no less than 4-5 apps running 24/7 on my Diamond (or on my Touch, when I had that one). My best record so far has been 16 apps running on my Diamond. I never turn off Opera, Kinoma, Messaging, Microsoft Reader, SPB Finance.

What can I say... I'm a masochist.

You all realize now, that thanks to you, I'm going to have to immediately load up my Pre with as much stuff as I can and proceed to molester the RAM limit, right?

i rock out with however many programs I need open when I am running them. It's usually Pandora, Music (remix), messaging, email, word whirl and a few web pages.

I only clean them up when I am done playing, but being able to use them all is why this OS rocks!
