Re: Update to WebOS Quick Install
Tell me about it. It took me a couple attempts over the course of 2 days to get my launcher background to be clear.
I know easier tweaks are in the pipeline and pretty soon making system changes will take about 5 seconds of just checking radio buttons. late, Coz |

Re: Update to WebOS Quick Install
Coz this is bomb thanks man! Can't wait to give my pre a facelift tomorrow! If you have any useful/unique facelift stuff, shoot me a pm. Had this pre for 3 days and still learning. So far all I've done is homebrew.

Re: Update to WebOS Quick Install
Homebrew is just so damn easy now especially if you have FileCoaster on your Pre.
Rooting is pretty easy...but damn there seems to be a lot of variables based on your PC. But once you get it figured out you can do a boat-load of stuff. Hit me up in pm with specifics or shoot me an email to my hotmail account. late, Coz |

Re: Update to WebOS Quick Install
No patches needed. Just follow the directions to download WebOS Quick Install on to you PC. Then connect Pre to PC via the USB cable. And then open WebOS Quick Install and you can make all of those changes simply by selecting via check boxes.
Make sure you only do one change at a time and let the phone reboot after each change. late, Coz |

Re: Update to WebOS Quick Install
Don't forget to put your Pre in developer mode. And the patches are under Tools -> Tweaks in Quick Install.
