the 800w has wifi right? just use that and sync the contacts to gmail and then sync your palm with your gmail and then voila.

in a worst case scenario, just re-activate your old phone and then sync it with google and then reactivate the pre and sync with google again.

ok i i had outlook 2002 so that was a big part of the problem i put 07 on there and used migrate and it worked thanks.

well u need to sync your contacts to outlook with activesync, here is the link
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobi...-download.mspx , once you do that, you can simply use the migration tool from palm to transfer the contacts from outlook to your palm pre, here the link for the migration tool

Thanks for the help but its already done 2002 outlook on vista don work with activesync and that was the main problem i was having but one i put 07 like I stated in the post above i was good.
