its 176 now... but in all honesty, Preware has more apps and they are including a patch installer... gotta love how things are flyin!

Its up to 181 today and now there is a homebrew version of VNC. It keeps getting sweeter just about everyday now.

I am not a developer, but Palm had a huge selection of apps at palmgear.com back in the day. I don't know what it would take to get them to work with their new OS, if they can there are thousands of programs out there.

just want to know how to install pandora antother way beside the app catalog cuz i fully fashed the palm pre to cricket and app catalog wont work.

You can try and use another internet radio program. I looked on the Pandora website and it says to go to the Catalog, someone else might know, but there are other alternatives in case you can't.

There is an app called Palm Classic that would allow use of all old palm programs.

i got my son the pxi for xmas but i wanna "hook" it up before i give it to him.. i updated to web os 1.3.2. is this the latest update or should i update to something else? and i haaaate the app catalog already... nothings really free... how can i get homebrews apps/ or something similar on a brand new pixi? and thanks!! im new to the pre/ pixi scene

Read that and install, you can get ALL the homebrew apps and IM not sure if the themes work for the pixi but the apps should. And there also should be another update coming ANY DAY now to 1.3.5

+1 for WebOS QuickInstall. Once that's installed I would install Preware. Preware allows you to install app, patches, and themes directly to the device. I don't know if all the themes work but a buddy at Sprint did try a few and all of them worked.
