backup and restore palm pre?

My wife uses a PLAM PRE on SPRINT. she has an issue with the phone and will be taking it to a sprint store for repair. I think they will be giving her a new phone. With that being said, HOW do I backup EVERYTHING on her phone so when she gets a new one, we can restore everything.. BY EVERYTHING I mean contacts, appointments, photos, videos, downloaded programs, settings etc etc. I see no way to do this.. any ideas let me know...

If she setup a palm profile and sync daily, she should have everything on the new phone using the same profile.
