WebOS Doctor restores your phone's functionality and updates it to the latest versions of the operating system and other system software.
During a wireless software update, there's a small chance that your phone may freeze and stop responding to taps or key presses. This is a very infrequent occurrence, and generally happens if you remove your battery during a software update. The most recent version for the Palm Prē (all versions) and the Palm Pixi can be found on the Get WebOS Doctor website.

I recently had to use this on a friend's Prē and couldn't find the link so I though I would share. Don't know if this can or should be stickied.
