When I switch from portrait to landscape and then back to portrait...The screen gets all screwy looking. The panels are jammed over to the left and the right is just random junk. Have to soft reset to get back to normal. I do like to switch from portrait to landscape so this does get frustrating.

Anyone experiencing this? Prob hard reset and see if that helps.

on my chome under the multi view of missed calls texts emails and such one of the icons i believe for the email is a red circle with a X. How can I fix it?

Do you have any apps installed that use a system tray icon on the Today screen? That will cause what your seeing. I had this happen all the time, especially with GPSGate.

OK....I'm really thinking of giving this ROM a try tonight as it seems to have less to fix that others (erasing the re-directs for one), but I wanted to ask one thing. I know I have seen it, but I never needed it so I never paid it much attention (my bad I know). Where is the CAB to make the start menu three across? I have too much trouble with three across starting apps when I mean to scroll, I would never get to the app I want with four across LOL!!!!

SPB Backup shows up on the today items list? That the culprit?

It shouldn't, If you have Titanium running as your Today screen, none of the plug-ins should be able to be checked. System tray icons will show (or at least be active on the old Today screen) even with Titanium running.

With v1.7 I too experience this bug. I have the .cab for VisualGPS but have not run it since the ROM build. Evidently, something is trying to overwrite the Today screen.

bugmenott....I had what your describing happen to me soon after I flashed last night. I am not sure what is causing it as I didn't even have mine all set-up yet, but you may not need to do a soft reset every time it happens. I went into the Today settings, uncheched Titanium, exited, then went back and re-selected Titanium, and it came back fine.

Not sure which way is preferable, but it is a possible alternative to a reset.
