With the stock three column; scrolling seems to be controlled so that you only scroll a page at a time, but if you tweak to add a fourth or higher number of columns, then the scrolling no longer stops at a page of start menu items at a time.

Do you know of any way to change this behavior with start menu columns higher than three?
