some findings from todays run with your rom...

1. windows media has no skin attached... so you cant tell how to control.. it still works using the little square mouse/pad thingy to skip tracks and pause/play...

2. when i installed gmaps everthing went as normal... but when i try to connect it dont work, and as soon as i try to go to options to set up manual connection it locks my phone up... i have to hit the end call button a couple times to get it to go back to the today screen.. seems like something is missing in the gps stuff cuz it is already half lockd up b4 i get into the options panel of gmaps cuz its trying to "initalize gps"

other than that i like it... but i need the gps for a soon to b road trip 700 miles away on my motorcycle.. so i need it to find the house in detroit..

3 the little task manager/memory tab in the right corner is hard to hit with my fat fingers... but nifty little tool.. i like it..

hey wolf..... that was the first thing i did and no change..... u may want to add something ohhhh i don't know.... for GPS sorry i'm to new to this game

1. Sheesh. I have no clue how I messed that one up. Fixed.

2. I'll have to play but I did nothing to GPS so theoretically it should work.

3. Glad you like it. You should be able to push over the area of the battery also to help get to the menu. You can also set the task manager to close when you push the x instead of minimizing them.

You will want to once I get an update out. Hopefully today as soon as I get a couple more issues ironed out.

Updated ROM posted. Fixed all known bugs except the start menu being hard to read. Added Microsoft themes so there are a couple of themes to choose from.

Please let me know if you run in to any issues.

Okay, I have encountered an issue and it is my first one ever! (kinda scared a bit here)
I just flashed to your updated version but in the UMDL, the "green" light turned "red" instead of "blue" and said "launch failed". Now my phone still started up and I see some changes that you have mentioned but what does launch failed mean to me or for my phone/flash?

EDIT: Reflashed and job completed. I will browse thru and see what we have now.

That was weird. Not sure what happened there.

Now for the bad news. I screwed up and used the wrong gpsid.dll. I'm uploading the new version right now and will post the link in a few minutes.
