Just re-read that post and it is hilarious to see "Has anyone got a Cricket". I knew what you were talking about, but even the second time I chuckled.

Adrynalyne, I was just wondering what your battery life was/is. I am running the lite ROM with MS3, and I can't seem to go a full day without charging and that is just basic calls and browsing for a few minutes. I am trying to decide if it is MS3 or something else. *edit the 1.3 lite Rom

SPB MS 3 seems to have battery issues. Even the latest beta.

I'll give it a go without it for a few days, see how it goes. With the 6.5 ROM I had bettter battery life, with the same setup, That is about the only benefit I saw from having that ROM over yours.

Sounds like you didn't get the M2D version.

OH $#!% I put a whole bunch of stuff on including 19b Stupzys. BUT I can tell you that I used the very top link on your first post. I thought that was the latest version, 1.3 I'm fairly fine with it this way, but of course sir, if you recommend yours in the cooked. Yes because m2d isn't in my phone at all straight out.
Wow, my family really thinks I'm nuts now. Roaming around the yard, sidewalk, driveway with my phone in my hand. (admiring myself as a blue blinking dot)
I'm so frick'n happy.
If you ever need any photoshop stuff done, let me know. Been doing PS since 2.5. I owe you big time.

As far as I know (correct me if need be) the GPS is actually part of the leaked ROM which you must flash first. Then this ROM just updates the PDA part. The GPS Works. I use Goggle Maps. Works good, just remember to goto settings, turn on location and inside the GPS program set GPS settings to: COM8 and 5600.

I did try to install VZ Nav because it has voice navigation, but it wouldnt install. But the Google GPS is faster.

Is this information right? I see COM8, but I only see 4800 skipping to 9600, or 56000 as options similar to 5600.

Oops...it was a typo. It should have been 56000. It works for me. I already drove to vegas and back twice with this. No problems.

Others are saying 57600, and I have seen one say it works to just let Windows manage it. Maybe it is not too pickey?

This wasn't necessary for me. I just left it on Managed by windows and it worked fine. Just make sure you goto start/settings/personal/phone/services/gps and change to Location on.
