As I mentioned earlier, I use different apps for images and MP3s, but I have noticed without using them, I can't view any images or listen to MP3s without a 3rd party app (AKA I use file explorer and click directly on an image or MP3 and instrad of the associated app opening, I get an error message). I think that was at the root of my initial ringtone problem, but I have found a workaround for that (converting them all to wav files), so I am OK with things the way they are....just letting you guys know!!

Hmm.. That didn't seem to work form me. This seems to do the same thing as turning on obex in Advanced config (which I had already done) so my value was already 1.

I successfully sent and received files via Obex.

Make sure beams are turned on?

No worries, I am working on it.

Having trouble narrowing it down, it isn't the same cause as last time.

Alright it's working now. I went to HKEY_CURENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Obex instead of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Obex. (It's Monday)

okay, can't view .jpgs What program am I supposed to use as there is no association for .jpg's anymore with 1.3
