Is the large display hotfix still needed?

v0.9 - I am running into a problem that may be related to wktask. When I go into the Phone Settings and make changes I can not close the settings dialog. When I click the X to close, the dialog clears and reloads. I will try it on v1.0 and if it is still happening I will record a video and post.

OK, so its not related to v0.9 or wktask. I just loaded v1.0 and when I go to the phone settings the dialog will not close. Where is a good place to load a video of the problem?

I think it may have to do with the lack of ring tones. The main Phone setting page is the one the keeps coming up and "Ring Tone" is blank and selected

I see your issue. Get a ringtone and that will take care of your problem.

A courtesy ringtone has been attached to the first post.

Yeah you're right. I keep my ringtones on rhe storage card. The way to get around you're problem is to go to start>programs>file explorer and copy any sound file to /my documents/my ringtones. Or soft reset and stay out of phone settings.:)

i had the same issue with the settings that was fixed by uploading a ringtone.

1.0 is great for me so far. thanks for all of your work! i'll be buying you a brew!

leongs,

Possible that you had a coincidental electronic failure after the first flash. It may not be your fault. Maybe a weak part internally. All other flashes that I know of have caused no problem.

1.0 is out and I'm without the working phone. I timed to get 1.0 today and rehearsing with 0.9 as warmup experience, bad luck. I can't wait to get the replacement and try out 1.0, probably 1.xxx already at that time. This will be my longest waiting period. I hope you enjoy the 1.0
