Just got an email from EVP, which delights me to no end!
"Hello,
If you are getting this email, that means you have a Touch Pro 2 on the way. The phone was released early and we just finished placing all the pre-orders. They will ship out today.
I should have tracking info by tomorrow morning, I will email that to you as well. If you have any questions, please let me know.

I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!

Man, Verizon and AT&T are real pains. I even tried to cope with my loss by talking to a live chat (Unintelligent they are IMHO) and there is no projection date for the Verizon TP2

They are probably going to sit on it till winmo 6.5 comes out...after Oct 6.

That, I'm doubting. They will see Sprint's release as hostility because of the CDMA market, if that were the original plan, then I bet its changing.

They do not respond to the competition because of their arrogance, I have seen the Whitestone and it is running 6.5...who knows what they will do.
