Re: The Perfect Phone
I don't think the Leo is the "perfect phone". It is going to be huge and you'll look like a super nerd just making a phone call. Not to mention having a tough time fitting in your pocket.
Just because it has a GIANT screen doesn't mean it is practical, lol. This is more a Mobile Internet Device (MID) than regular phone. Remember, it's replacing the HTC Athena not the Universal (which was also huge). In fact, it should also have a magnetic/separate keyboard like the Athena. That's a different market than Touch Pro 2 and Diamond 2. This will probably have a limited roll out by comparison. Last edited by Malatesta; 08-17-2009 at 06:00 PM. |

Just trust me guys...this is not it by far, there were 5 models made of the Leo when they were developing it

Re: The Perfect Phone
Here, since I dont have physical proof except from what my source tells me...ill try another route
http://wmpoweruser.com/?p=3751 Notice in this spec sheet the Resolution for SuperStar AKA Leo is 800x480 which is WVGA, but horizontal....now like I said the internal screen is WVGA, which would flip up to be horizontal, the front screen is QVGA...this was a change in the original design, but like I said in the previous post 5 devices were made and this one was picked Me and a few others are hoping this isnt true....and I begged my source to try to get it changed but it's the HTC Taiwan making it, and he has no control over it. This will cause alot of problem for chefs because of the dual resolutions Now I was told that it could change at anytime, and it is expected to release early next year |
