I have a Business Premier account (as per the retentions department) and they said that they cannot put the Pick 3 code in because it's not accepting it. I called twice already. Any ideas? Any thing else I should ask for as compensation and any ideas as how to ask for other things?

Yeah this doesn't work as well as everyone seems to think. I probably have it setup on my account the most streamlined way possible and it's still not going to let me use FF500 over FF1250. I'd almost be willing to bet all of the people that make threads about it haven't actually tried it and just seem to think it works based on theory.

well if you can't get pick 3 or some other perk zagguru can get it for you. No matter how many times I tried to get it over the past few months he did it in less than an hour. I now have pick 3 connected to my google voice, and I will no longer go over! Thanks zagguru

I called even a 3rd and 4th time and they keep saying that the pick 3 and 5 code isn't working because of my account being "business".

Does anyone have any ideas?

Just had my Pick 3 raised to Pick 5, there is a catch though, to increase to pick 5 requires a one year contract extension. So I only did it on my line which still has 14 months to go so in effect no contract change .

Thanks for the heads up on the pick 5. I just had it added to my wife's phone and they did not mention a 1 year extension - bastards!!!

I didn't have a contract extension because I was only with Sprint for 6 months. I wouldn't mind an extension though since I have Sero 500 plan for 30 bucks. At that price, I'll take a 10 year extension for all I care.
