3.5mm headphones now standard on htc

99% of the time I use it for a flashlight, and I use it alot. This is one feature that is keeping me from getting the TP2. I really don't care about the 3.5mm jack since I use bluetooth. I think it is a waste of valuable space.

just get you a cheap little light for your key chain. the one i have works better than the flash anyway. The 3.5 mm is a bonus though. You will get better audio quality through that then with wireless bluetooth headphones. Which is a bonus for me because i do music

can you post a link with that info. i have a euro tp2 in my possesion and there is def. no flash. they may be adding it just like the 3.5 jack to the us versions but id like to see a link or something

Then just carry the little dongle around for the headphone jack. The argument works both ways. I don't find the quality that much different. My BT device uses a 3.5mm jack so I can listen to the music on BT and Wired with the same headset and they sound nearly identical.

The only real difference I hear is the volume is lower on the BT. It is digital audio, not RF broadcasted so there shouldn't be much degradation unless the BT device stinks.

also the tp2 doesnt have the magnetic stylus that tp1 has....thats dumb that htc did away with it..
