We can only hope! (but with our current winmo, we'll have to hope pretty hard!)

this is exactly why i wanted HTC to focus more on android till WM7, cmon do you see how awesome the OS and HTC's makeover go together??? everything is so fluid and smooth without having to worry about popping into the standard non finger-friendly WM screens

The Hero is flawed, though, in ways that are truly depressing in light of its potential and how much it does get truly right: It's often sluggish, which absolutely destroys the user experience. It's a particularly unfortunate affliction as the iPhone 3GS and Palm Pre emphasize speed, making the Hero feel that much slower.

Seems to be mixed reviews out there. One thing the androidcommunity.com forum goers are noticing is that the reviewers complaining about the major slow down issues were using the graphite model. Apparently the slashgear folks didn't notice this with the white model. They also mentioned that HTC had released a firmware update right as they started their review. So perhaps that cleared some things up. Time will tell I suppose...

Oh ok. I wanted the white one anyway. Thats the with the Teflon coating.
