HTC Hero looks great!

I dont remember seeing this linked already... its a 5 minute video on the Sense UI on the Hero. The clock and weather look just like on TFL3D.

Because some people, like me, like the phone. Because compared to the HTC Sense UI, the TouchFlo3D looks old. Because it looks like the HTC Star and Superstar will not be released in the US anytime soon. Even if thy were released in November or December, why by a WM 6.5 phone when WM 7 is comming next year.

and not to derail this train any further, but how big of a thread can you make from a screenshot?i did a quick google search and this is all i could find about either of those 'star' phones...




That's its, a few paragraphs and the same screenshot posted on five or six different sites. Whoopy do! Far as im concerned those phones are Vaporware. I mean honestly at least you can actually see this phone in someone's hand!

The Hero's rom was Leaked, and thanks to some XDA guys its running on G1's. I posted a thread in the AndroidOS forum in case anyone is interested...

Phone hardware looks great, and the UI looks good considering it may be prerelease.

It's hard to tell if some of the phone's odd behaviour is due to buggy UI or incompitent operator. I'm guessing it's a bit of both Also, WTF is up with making these videos in a car in the middle of the day? Pretty hard to see what's going on.

Im not sure, to be honest i forgot to watch them when i went home yesterday. but look what i found over on engadget this morning! Im not sure if this is good or bad yet...
