I found out when Assurion sent me a notice of cancellation on my insurance. I don't pay my Sprint bills, my secretary gives those to the accountant and she pays the bills. They are used to seeing strange charges because I usually spend money on my various toys.

I now check over my CC and phone bills before handing them off for payment.

Right now I'm totally ticked at Sprint and Assurion because of someone who hacked into my account and was having replacement phones sent to them and I was never notified. What should have been a BIG red flag was that they were sending multiple phones to an address that was NOT listed on my account. Because of this and because I'm finding out that it seems to be a huge problem on Sprint right now I'm probably going to be switching to Verizon.

Now, I always thought that Sprint phones could not be used on Verizon, even though they are both CDMA and I don't really want to replace my Diamond right now. So, is this actually possible? To get my Diamond switched over to Verizon and also my number ported? If so, how?

When I do this I will be selling my two SERO accounts and will notify here in ppcgeeks as I will sell them incredibly cheaply in order to avoid the etc.

Exiled, another fellow geek, has ran into the same problem.... You can read more about it here

Re: Samsung Omnia PRO gets revealed

i doubt sprint will carry this... they have the PRE and TP2 to sell, why add more competition to out sell the PRE...

and it says it runs WinMo, but thats no 6.1 UI ive ever seen...im sure its just a photshopped pic for the ad, dont ya think?

No, thats Samsungs TouchWIZ UI. Similar to that of HTC's TouchFlo, its just a UI shell running on top of the crappy 6.1 to make it more user finger friendly. Although 6.5 changes things for the better.
