Am I the only one not at impressed with the specs of the Touch Pro2? I just read up the specs on the BGR and all I can say is :WTF! Why did they remove the flash from the camera and why dint they upgrade the camera to 8.1 or at least 5 megapixels? This is crazy. I'm thinking more and more about getting the Omnia 2. Unfortunetly, its not coming to Sprint.

Im not impressed either, they could have done alot better then this, but i think ill still be getting it, 1 reason is the big screen, but for anything else thats a no go, my touch pro has the same crap except the screen.

I would have like for them to update the specs. But let's be honesty, the memory and speed of the touch pro are pretty damn good. I'm sure they have tweaked a few things to make it even faster and the processor they went back to seems to have better results then the one we are currently using based on some benchmark tests i've seen. I'm sure this is the last set of devices to have these processors. The Touch Pro 3 or whatever they call the next device will have a Tegra or snapdragon proccesor, Have way more memory and just blow our socks off. I'm happy with the new phone because in my opinion the positives out weight the negatives. I really need that big screen and will be happy with that phone until something better comes out.

yes this is true i have watched a few break downs of the TP2 on youtube and i must say they went with an older chipset? or processor? thats just weird but the phone was still pretty responsive. my thing is i run a sprint store in a small town so about 3 hrs out of my day is spent just surfing these pages and sometimes it gets boring so i wanna watch a movie or a show or something. so since movies are expensive for my PSP and im not one that watches movies twice it would be nice to put some content on my tp with that big screen and watch them. i use speaker phone a lot but i dont really use the flash i have a 10MP camera i usually have with me if i go out at night.

I usually have my 10mp camera with me too, but having a device that is complete is my goal. I dont really watch movies om my TP, cause I have a iPod , a Zune and a PSP. And i will be getting the new PSP and Zune HD. But I really want my devioce to be complete just in case I need tio use it for movies , music or pictures. If the tech is out there, I want it. Dont half asss me. Thats what makes me mad at these phone manufactures.
